Considering an online program? These answers can help you find your bearings before taking the next step.
Here you will find Create Change – Inside Out, my six-module online program. You begin with your current situation and relationship with yourself, then explore self-leadership, thoughts, feelings, patterns, habits and goals.
The program connects learning with reflection and practical exercises. On the program page, you can open each module description, explore the approach and continue to my Payhip store.
Read the introduction and consider what you would like to understand or change. If the theme resonates but you are unsure about a particular part, Email me about it so you can decide with your own needs in mind.
Distinguish the theme that interests you from the support you need to explore it. If you mainly want conversations about your own situation, individual coaching may be another starting point to consider.
You purchase my online programs through my Payhip shop. Open the shop, choose a program and read its description before continuing. Payhip handles the course purchase; this website helps you explore the content and approach.
The product page provides current pricing, access periods and purchase terms. If you are wondering whether the content fits what you are looking for, you are welcome to email or call me before deciding.
Coaching is a separate offering where I begin with your present situation, your goals and what you want to explore. You can enquire about coaching when choosing a program or while working through it.
Email me and describe the support you would like. We discuss the approach, availability and price before you book. A course subscription or purchase does not in itself include personal conversations.

This website is available in Swedish, English and Norwegian. The website language is separate from the language of the course material. Check the course description on Payhip for the language of the program you choose.
If language, subtitles or a particular way of accessing content matters to you, ask me before purchasing. That will help you decide whether the program suits your needs.
You do not need specialist knowledge to read the course introduction and explore its questions. Begin with what you recognise in everyday life and consider which aspect of the theme interests you.
Any requirements or preparation for the course itself need to be confirmed in the current course description. To explore the topic first, read the knowledge pages or try a reflection in the five small steps guide before enquiring about a purchase.
