Your privacy at Gentle Change By Elin
Here I describe the information you provide when contacting me, signing up for the newsletter or continuing to a course purchase. You can read the website’s articles and guides without an account.
If you have a question about your information or how it is used, contact me at [email protected] or +46 73 957 21 44. Tell me which contact or service your question concerns so I can help you.
When you send a contact enquiry
The contact form asks for your first name, email address, a subject and your message. Company and telephone number are optional. The information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry about coaching, online programs or talks, for example.
The form sends the information through the CCMS form service and uses Cloudflare Turnstile for a security check. If you email me directly, the message instead passes through your and my email services.
Only include what is needed for the first contact. Avoid national identification numbers, payment card details and sensitive information about health or other people. You do not need to send private exercise notes to ask about an arrangement.
Course purchases through Payhip
The program button leads to my Payhip store. You choose the course and make the purchase there. Payment details are provided through the purchase service, not the website’s contact form.
Read the current course terms and the information in the purchase flow before ordering. You can ask me about my course content by email or telephone.
Clicks on contact details and external links
Contact and link clicks on the website can be recorded through CCMS click statistics. This includes revealing a telephone number or email address and following links to Instagram, MailerLite or Payhip.
The data includes the page, click type, destination, device type and time. The content of a form message is not part of these click statistics. The security check uses Turnstile.
An external link opens in a new tab. On the other website, that service’s information about accounts, cookies and personal data applies. You decide whether to provide any information there.
Questions about how long information is kept
Contact enquiries, subscriptions and course purchases are different kinds of matters. What information needs to remain depends on the matter, the service you use and any obligations connected to an order.
To ask what information is held about you, how long it is processed or whether it can be deleted, write to [email protected] and specify the contact or service. Unsubscribing from the newsletter and requesting deletion are separate actions.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the processing, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, as well as the right to object. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Conditions and exceptions apply to these rights.
Contact me at [email protected] to ask a question or exercise a right. Describe your request without sending more personal information than necessary.
You can also complain to Sweden’s data protection authority, IMY. Read about your rights at IMY.

Frequently asked questions about contact and personal information
Here we describe what the current links and features on this website do.
The email link opens your email app so you can write to [email protected]. The Instagram link opens my Instagram profile.
You choose whether to send an email when your email app opens. The phone link uses +46739572144 to let your device open a calling function; revealing the number is not a submitted contact message.
You sign up in an external MailerLite form. The newsletter page describes the content and links you there; it has no field of its own collecting your email address.
You choose the messages you want in the form. Visiting the website or sending a contact enquiry does not subscribe you. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter.
The website’s reflection prompts are reading material with no answer fields or submission buttons. You can reflect privately or write on your own paper. Opening a reflection panel does not submit an exercise answer.
If you later choose to describe a reflection in an email, that is a separate message you send yourself. You do not need to share private notes to read the texts or ask a general question.
Course purchases take place on Payhip. The link to my Payhip shop opens in a new tab and takes you away from gentlechangebyelin.se. Payment details are entered in the purchase service’s checkout flow.
Read the course’s purchase terms and information about data handling on Payhip before buying. Do not send payment card details to me in an ordinary email. Use email or phone for questions about the content and finding the right program.
When you email me, you choose which details to share. I need to be able to understand your question and reply. A few lines about what you are looking for are often enough for a first contact.
Avoid sending sensitive information about yourself or others in an initial email. If you would like a phone reply, you can include your number. A contact enquiry is separate from newsletter signup.
No, the contact form’s phone field is optional, and you can send a direct email without adding your phone number. If you want to be contacted by phone, you can provide the relevant number.
My number in the contact card is separate: it shows how you can call me. The “Show my phone number” button reveals +46 73 957 21 44 and does not enter a number on your behalf in the form.
An external web link takes you to another website, such as my Instagram profile. External links in the content open in a new tab. The other website provides its own information about accounts, cookies and handling of data.
Read that information before providing details there. Following a link from my website does not mean you have created an account or subscribed to my newsletter. You choose which further steps to take on the other website.
You can write to me at [email protected] with questions about details you have provided when contacting me. Describe which contact or function your question concerns and what you want clarified. You do not need to send more personal details than necessary to explain the question.
If it concerns a separate account or payment with an external service, also read that service’s contact and privacy information. Please let me know if you are unsure which contact route is relevant to your question.
