Individual coaching with me

A conversation that starts with you

Much of life may work while something still feels unsettled. You say yes when you want to say no, face a choice or miss the things that give life meaning. You do not need the perfect words to begin exploring.

In individual coaching, your situation is our starting point. I help you stay with your questions, understand what influences you and explore possible steps. We work with personal development and change from where you are and the goals that matter to you.

Room for what matters to you

What we can explore together

Coaching can make room for questions that are hard to untangle in a busy day. You may recognise one of these starting points:

  • Direction and choices

What do you want to move towards, and what should guide your decision?

  • Boundaries and needs

When do you say yes too quickly, and what needs more room?

  • Recurring patterns

What happens between what you want and what you do?

  • From insight to action

How can an important thought become a possible everyday step?

You can bring a specific question or begin with a sense that something needs to change. Together, we explore what is relevant to work on.

My approach

Understand first. Then explore the next step.

My approach begins with the person behind the behaviour: your needs, experiences and relationship with yourself. I want to understand the context before moving on to what you want to do differently.

In conversation, we can notice thoughts, feelings and behaviours, name your values and explore what you can influence. Perspectives from CBT and ACT are used within coaching and personal development. Your understanding and what becomes meaningful in your life remain central.

A next step might be a question to reflect on, something to notice or a small action to try. It needs to be rooted in you and your actual circumstances.

Your first step

How to take the first step

  1. Tell me a little about your situation

Write what you want to explore and what you would like to ask. A few sentences are enough.

  2. We discuss what you are looking for

You can ask about my approach and what support might fit.

  3. We agree on the arrangement

Format, time, scope and price are discussed before you book.

You do not need to share your whole story in the contact form. Begin with what you feel comfortable writing. There is room to talk further about what matters.

Your way forward

Choose support that fits your needs

To work independently with learning and reflection, explore my online program Create Change – Inside Out. For a personal conversation about your situation, coaching is another path. You can also ask about coaching alongside the program; it is booked separately.
