Begin with your whole self
I begin with the person behind the behaviour: your needs, experiences and relationship with yourself. There is room for what feels difficult and what you long for.

A little closer to yourself
Personal development. At your pace.
Through my online programs and individual coaching, you can explore your needs, understand your patterns and take steps towards what matters to you. For anyone longing for change and looking to begin where they are.

A place to begin
You do not need to have the answers yet. Sometimes the first step is simply noticing what keeps coming back.
What happens within you when you try? Start by noticing your thoughts, needs and familiar patterns.
Self-awarenessWhat do you actually want? Make room for your own values and the choices you can influence.
Self-leadershipCould your next step be smaller? Explore a pace that leaves room for both action and recovery.
Lasting changeHow I work
I begin with the person behind the behaviour: your needs, experiences and relationship with yourself. There is room for what feels difficult and what you long for.
Knowledge becomes meaningful when you connect it with your own life. Reflection helps you notice what influences you and what you want to guide your choices.
Values, goals and habits meet your actual everyday life. You explore small actions and ways to keep going as motivation changes.
Online program · Six modules
Create Change – Inside Out is my online program for understanding yourself and creating change with your whole self in mind. Six modules take you from your present situation and self-compassion to self-leadership, patterns, habits and goals.
Read about the six modules and continue to my Payhip shop when you would like to take the next step.
Personal messages, gently shortened and shared without names.
“Thank you for your support, encouragement and all your kind words.”
“Thank you for believing in me and cheering me on. You have made a lasting impression.”
“You have listened patiently and with such understanding. Thank you for your thoughtful advice and encouragement.”
Would you like to make a little more room for your own questions? In coaching, I meet you where you are, and together we explore what matters to you.

A moment for yourselfTry a gentle beginning
Take a moment with these three prompts. Use a pen and paper if you like. There is nothing to perform and no right answer.
Name one thing taking up space in your thoughts today. You do not have to solve it right now; putting it into words is enough to begin.
What would you like to give more room to? It might be rest, connection, creativity or something entirely your own.
Write down one small action you could try. Make it gentle enough to fit into the day you actually have.
Your reflections are yours. Nothing needs to be submitted.

Begin with one everyday situation you wish felt different. What are you hoping for there: more calm, clarity or room for yourself? Try a reflection on this page or read five small steps towards change. You only need to choose one possible first step.
Make the question small enough to meet today. Perhaps you want to say no to one thing or make room for a pause. Something concrete helps you see what a first step could actually look like.
The program has six modules: Begin where you are, Your relationship with yourself, Self-leadership, Your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, Your history and your patterns, Habits, goals and motivation.
Six connected parts make room for both insight and action. Open a module to explore its focus. Begin with your present situation and carry your growing understanding of yourself through the program.
Email me with a brief note about what you would like to explore. It could be a recurring pattern, a decision or a hope you want to put into words. You are welcome to ask about the format and availability before deciding.
You do not need to write your life story. A few sentences about what matters are enough for an initial enquiry. You can also call +46 73 957 21 44; an initial message does not book a coaching session.
Yes. Explore the open knowledge pages, try a reflection or visit the blog. You can also read about Monthly inspiration, the newsletter. That page also has a button linking to the signup form on MailerLite.
Let curiosity guide you and choose one idea to try in everyday life. You do not need to buy anything to read the open articles, and reading or contacting me does not subscribe you to anything.
I offer ways to explore self-awareness, self-leadership and lasting change through online programmes, individual coaching and enquiries about talks for organisations. You will also find open reflections and articles if you would like to start by reading and seeing what resonates.
If your question is personal, individual coaching may be a starting point. For a connected course, begin with Create Change – Inside Out. For workplace enquiries, I bring the options together under my services, helping you choose according to what you need now.
Self-awareness means understanding your needs, values and recurring patterns. Self-leadership concerns how you use that understanding when making choices, setting priorities and taking action. They belong together but address different parts of the same everyday situation.
You might notice that you often say yes when you need rest. Recognising that pattern is part of self-awareness. Taking time before your next reply is one way to practise self-leadership. You do not need to change everything to begin using what you discover.
An online programme offers a described body of content to explore, while individual coaching starts with what you want to examine in conversation. Begin by considering whether you mainly want a theme to work through or space to talk about your own situation.
Read about Create Change – Inside Out and individual coaching and compare them with your needs. Personal conversations are not automatically included in a course purchase. Ask me about content, format and support before deciding, so that expectations are clear.
You can begin with the open articles without prior knowledge. I write about everyday situations and questions that help you consider what you need and want to make room for. You do not need specialist vocabulary or a clearly defined life goal.
For example, choose one question on the knowledge pages and write a few lines for yourself. If you are considering a paid course or coaching, check the current arrangement with me. A relevant theme does not mean that every format suits everyone.
You can start by exploring what room is actually available, rather than adding another large project to your days. A first step could be leaving something out, asking for help or keeping a small part of your schedule open.
In the five small steps guide, you will find a way to make a wish more concrete and try a small action. Adapt the scope to your situation and review what worked. There is no fixed timetable or guaranteed result here; change needs to meet the life you have.
Yes, I welcome enquiries about talks on self-awareness, self-leadership and change. Tell me who you want to reach and what ideas you hope to spark in participants.
Read about talks for organisations and describe your context in the form. Content, scope, location, price and availability are confirmed in discussion. An enquiry begins a conversation; it is not a confirmed booking.
Yes, Monthly Inspiration is my email newsletter. I share thoughts on self-awareness, self-leadership and change, with reflection questions and small steps to take into everyday life.
On the newsletter page, you can read more and follow the button to sign up through MailerLite. Subscribing is your choice and you can unsubscribe at any time. A normal contact enquiry does not subscribe you.
You are warmly welcome to email [email protected] or call +46 73 957 21 44. The contact card’s buttons reveal my email address and phone number. Mention whether your question concerns a program, coaching, the newsletter or work with your company.
A few sentences about what you are looking for make a good beginning. Explain what you would like to know and which circumstances matter to you. You do not need a complete plan to get in touch.
