Six modules. Change with your whole self in mind.

Understand yourself.
Give your change a direction.

You may know what you want to change, yet find yourself repeating familiar patterns. Or life around you has changed and you are finding your footing again. Here, you can begin with who you are and what you need.

Create Change – Inside Out helps you explore your current situation, your relationship with yourself and what influences your choices. You move through self-leadership, values, thoughts, feelings, habits and goals, connecting your insights with your own life.

My starting point is that understanding comes before change. The program brings knowledge together with reflection, exercises and small behavioural steps. You explore what matters to you and practise meeting yourself with greater understanding along the way.

Do you recognise the longing for something different?

You have been there for others

You have taken responsibility and kept everyday life going. Now you long to reconnect with your own needs, boundaries and what gives your life meaning.

You want to understand recurring patterns

You have tried before and wonder why lasting change feels so difficult. Here, you explore what happens between what you want and what you actually do.

You are navigating change

Life, relationships or circumstances look different. You want to find your bearings, discover your direction and take steps that feel grounded in who you are.

01–06

From understanding to conscious steps

Six connected parts make room for both insight and action. Open a module to explore its focus. Begin with your present situation and carry your growing understanding of yourself through the program.

01Begin where you are

Pause and explore your life as it is today. Notice your needs, what gives and takes energy, and the change you long for. Your present situation becomes a starting point to approach with curiosity.

You put words to what matters and begin to recognise what you need more or less of in everyday life.

02Your relationship with yourself

Explore how you treat yourself when things feel difficult, when you make mistakes or when you want to move forward. Self-compassion, self-esteem and trust in yourself have space here.

You reflect on your inner dialogue and what a kinder approach could mean for your choices and your process of change.

03Self-leadership

What do you want to guide your decisions? Explore your values, your direction and what you can influence. Self-leadership connects understanding yourself with making conscious choices.

You connect what feels meaningful with priorities, boundaries and steps that fit your actual everyday life.

04Your thoughts, feelings and behaviours

Discover how thoughts, feelings and actions influence one another. Explore automatic reactions and how your interpretations can shape what you do.

You practise making room for thoughts and feelings while choosing actions that move towards what matters to you.

05Your history and your patterns

Earlier experiences can influence how you see yourself and meet life today. Here, you explore recurring patterns and ways of responding that have become familiar over time.

You approach your history with curiosity and consider which ways of thinking and acting you want to carry forward or begin to change.

06Habits, goals and motivation

Bring your understanding into practical steps. Explore goals that feel grounded in you, habits that fit your life and what helps you continue as motivation changes.

You consider how to follow up, adjust and return to your direction. Change can make room for action, pauses and trying again.

Knowledge that connects with your life

The program draws on perspectives and practical tools from CBT and ACT. These include the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours, values, acceptance and mindful awareness. Reflections, exercises and worksheets help you explore how the knowledge relates to you.

Your exercise responses are private to you. If you would like more personal support, you can enquire about individual coaching separately. Our conversations then start with your present situation, your goals and what you need help to explore.

The program is educational self-help for personal development. CBT and ACT are used as perspectives and tools, rather than treatment. If you need medical or psychological care, seek support from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
